Our  Machining capabilities allow us to provide complex, close tolerance, low to medium volume parts at economical prices. ROMA also has the capability to take care the mass volume parts by machining under AUTO lathe and Machining Centers with the self-feeding system.

We are committed to continually update and broaden our machine tool technology. Typical runs in our AUTO'S department range from a few hundred to tens of thousands.

QUALITY CONTROL

An extensive Quality Control Program which includes 100% individual product testing has been in place for decades at ROMA. However, with the rise in popularity of ISO 9000, interest and emphasis on quality have grown and now are even more important to our products and our future.

Many of our customers are ISO 9000 certified. As a result we have participated in quality audits as required by their systems. While we are  currently ISO certified, our quality system parallels the ISO 9002 requirements to include a complete quality manual, detailed operating procedures and controls.

Every part we fabricate is produced from a computerized bill of material made directly from our customer's blue print. This bill travels with the production order to ensure each item is made to the customers' exact specifications. Quality checks are made and recorded throughout the process.

A permanent record of every item produced remains on file which details all quality checks made during the manufacturing process.
